Because your order ships internationally from India, a small customs duty or tax may occasionally apply depending on your country’s rules. Here is what to expect so there are no surprises.

⚖️Buyer Responsibilities

  • Any sort of customs duty will be decided by the buyer’s country customs department and will be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery or at your local customs office.
  • If your state or country has specific VAT regulations, that will also be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery.
  • Please confirm the taxes and customs charges for your specific country before placing your order.

💡Important Clarifications

Shipping vs. Customs: Please note that Customs Duty or VAT is not a shipping charge, so please don’t confuse the two. Your shipping charges are already fully paid by us.

Package Value: No requests for mentioning a wrong or lowered value on the package will be entertained, as we strictly adhere to international shipping laws.

⚠️Package Refusal Policy

If you refuse any package due to the non-payment of customs duty or VAT:
No refund will be issued in that case.
